Welcome to our newly built and cozy apartments in Shekvetili, just a 5-minute walk from the sea. The property offers bright, modern, and fully equipped studios designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Located in a quiet area away from motorway noise, guests can enjoy peaceful evenings in a calm environment. Our rooftop terrace and green garden provide perfect spaces to relax after a day at the beach. We are a new hosting family, starting our first season, and we take great pride in keeping everything fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The location is ideal for exploring Shekvetili and nearby attractions such as Black Sea Arena, Tsitsinatela Park, Musicians park, Shekvetili fountain, Miniature and the Dendrological Park, along with many other seaside activities and natural spots. Our apartments are best suited for families, friends, and couples looking for a peaceful beach holiday with a personal and welcoming atmosphere.
Friendly, talkative, and always happy to help - whether it’s giving local tips, helping plan your trip, or showing you around the area.
The neighborhood is calm and friendly, offering a relaxed and safe atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful seaside getaway.
