Wake up to a serene beachfront sunrise in this brand new property only steps away from the Mediterranean Sea. This duplex sleeps up to 4 and is located in Catalan Bay, a tranquil fishing village on the east side of Gibraltar. Perfect for a couples romantic getaway, a family holiday with kids or even a relaxing place to disconnect for corporate travel as Gibraltar's city center is only a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. Fully-equipped to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Catalan Bay is a tranquil fishing village with beautiful views out to the Mediterranean and up to the steep, limestone face of the Rock of Gibraltar. The Seawave Restaurant serves lunch and dinner every day and is only steps away from your front door. Car - Free parking is available in the public beach carpark located at the other end of the beach or taxis can be called for pickups nearby. Gibraltar also has a very efficient and inexpensive bus network with the nearest bus stop only a couple minutes walk away. Once in a car or bus, Gibraltar's main attractions are only a few minutes away: Casemates Square, Main Street, Ocean Village, the World Trade Center and Europa Point are all within a 5 minutes drive. Walking - By foot, you can walk north to reach Eastern Beach in 10 minutes and Ocean Village, the World Trade Center and Casemates Square in 20-25 minutes. To the south, Sandy Bay can be reached in 15 minutes.
