A cozy maisonette with an amazing cinematic 180 view of Poros and Galatas. Located on the hillside of the beautiful Pounda neighborhood, 5-8 min walk from the town and port of Poros. It is a two-story house; a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the 1st floor. The house shares a huge veranda with its twin maisonette.

A quiet, serene neighborhood with picturesque old houses. Last house on the hill providing access to pathways leading to St Anargyroi and St Athanasios chapels, ideal for trekking and sunset/sunrise views. A 5-min walk down the stairs gets you to the main busy street that's full of cafes, restaurants, tourist shops etc. You can go across to Galatas town with the traditional small boats, visit nearby islands (Hydra, Aegina) with flying dolphins or drive to Epidavros (Ancient Theater) or to Nafplion . There is no parking outside the house. You can park your car on the main road which is 3 flights/sets of stairs down or alternatively on the top of the hill and walk a small path to get to the house. If you have a motorbike you can park almost outside of the house or 1 set of stairs down (there are different roads which we will be more than happy to show you). If you have no vehicle you can take a taxi to take you to the top of the hill so you can walk down the little path instead of carrying the luggage up the stairs; the local way! In any case the breathtaking view from our terrace will reward you !
