LUXURY VILLA YVONNI is a new building with 2 separate apartments, the villa can be also booked entirely. near by the Askeli beach (around 350 meters)Easy access, no steps and the first floor free of barriers. Very quite location with its own entrance streetway, parking place for 2 Cars. a big garden with garden-house, stone BBQ, Dining table and chairs, incl. all dining accessoires, garden swing, garden swing chair. The ground floor apartment has 75sq.m A very big kitchen, fully equipped incl. toaster, toast-griller, microwave, dishwasher, water cooker, coffee-machine (coffee pads incl.) 2 bedrooms with Kingsize beds, and TV, bathrobe and slippers; living room with a sofa bed (140cm large) and TV , big bathroom with shower-gel, shampoo, hairdryer, toilette accessoires, bath-towels and beach towels. washmashine, dryer.
since 35 years Greek island lover, every year on Poros. Love walking every day to different beaches, restaurants and seaside spots. I have chosen to buy this new building with 2 separate apartments with my sister together, to share with visitors the beautiful spots of this lovely island.
