We are active hosts who are on hand to greet you upon your arrival, assist with your check in, and can offer tips on making the most of your time in our area.

Large covered patio/outdoor area with lake views. Interior space includes bedroom, kitchen, dining area and living space. Semi-open to the lake views with covered roof and protected from the elements. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to prepare the freshest of meals. Interior rooms total 350 sq. ft. and include bedroom with double bed and dining table. Perfect for a couple, or single travelers. Bathroom with hot water shower. Water is from our well, and the quality of the water is very good. You have private access to the house. It is fenced in and surrounded by gardens. Bamboo and thatched palm roof cabana is shared by other guests. The perfect base for exploring the lake and it’s Mayan villages. Spend the days hiking, or relax with a massage at our on-site spa. It is close to the lake shore, with our own swim beach, boat dock, public transportation (water taxis), and nature. We are far from crowds, traffic, pollution, and stress.. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the ambiance, the comfy bed, the light.

Hotel Isla Verde and their Slow Food Cafe is next door; open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Another 4 restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. Our local non-profit foundation, Amigos de Santa Cruz has a student run cafe in the Santa Cruz village. Open for breakfast and lunch and dinner deliveries; it is a great way to learn about our educational foundation and enjoy a great meal at the same time. The views from the cafe are spectacular.
