Cois Leice is a single-storey house, consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room, a sitting room with sea views and woodburning stove, a sitting room with Smart TV and open fire, and a snug. The bedrooms consist of three king-size and a double. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is a non-enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, fire pit, and furniture, front orchard, and off-road parking for five cars. Sorry, no smoking. Mulranny is a vibrant seaside village situated on the isthmus between Clew Bay and Bellacragher Bay on the Wild Atlantic Way in County Mayo, Ireland. The area is noted for its excellent walking and cycling facilities, most notably several marked looped trails and the Great Western Greenway, a purpose built 43 km traffic-free cycling and walking facility where you can take in some of the most idyllic scenery in the West of Ireland.
