OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: ☑️ Please note that en-suite single rooms do not include kitchen access. ☑️ Please be aware that the rooms are not equipped with air-conditioning or fans. ☑️ We can only accommodate non-students from 1 July to 31 August 2026. Outside of these dates, we are only able to host students. ☑️ Please note that this is primarily a Student Accommodation but is used as short-stay accommodations. All guests must be 18 years of age or older. ☑️ Safety and security are paramount, so after completing your booking, you'll need to submit your Student ID and fill in some basic information for vetting purposes on our guest portal after completing your booking. ☑️ Please do look after our apartment as if it were your own. If additional cleaning is required after the check out, this may be chargeable. We may also charge you for any damage caused or for lost keys. ☑️ We have a 24-hour concierge service to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
