I live on the farm with my family - we are very involved in dressage, show-jumping and working hunters with our ponies and horses.

Letterfrack Farm Lodge is on the Wild Atlantic Way = less than a two minute walk from Connemara National Park and Diamond Mountain - a wonderful place for walking and exploring the beauty of Connemara - it is only a two minute walk to the pubs and restaurants of Letterfrack. It is hill walkers and families - you can walk on the mountain during the day and explore the village in the evening. Letterfrack Farm Lodge is on a small Connemara Pony Farm - visitors are welcome to visit the ponies and watch them being trained for competitions.
Letterfrack Farm is close to the Atlantic Ocean - boat trips for fishing and sight-seeing can be taken from the pier in Letterfrack - there are some of Ireland;'s most conic beaches near-by - The White Strand and Glassilaun.
Letterfrack Farm Lodge is the perfect base for a visit to Connemara.

Letterfrack is an usual village - it is a small, old style country village with lots of facilities and there is always something happening - it has ; three pubs, three restaurants and tea-rooms at the Connemara National Park, the Connemara National Park and Diamond Mountain with walks and a visitor centre, a radio station, a third level furniture college (visit their exhibition - if you have time), a very well stocked super-market (the Country Store), a hardware store (sells fishing tack), hairdresser, a beauticians, two craft shops, post-office, playground, church , an English language School and more. It is a small , friendly village with all the facilities a visitor needs - which is very handy if you arrive by bus - the village is on the Citylink bus route - it is an easy journey from Dublin Airport to Letterfrack by bus.
