Clean, modern. apartment in the beautiful village of Murrisk, The apartment is on the grounds of my house and shares the large garden but is completely detached. The spacious bedroom is upstairs with a double bed. The bathroom has an electric shower. Downstairs is the living area with a sofa bed and Kitchenette. We are a 10 minute walk from Croagh Patrick and a 5 minute walk from the award winning restaurant The Tavern, which specialises in seafood. Murrisk Pier is only 3 minute walk away. There is a dining pod outside to enjoy dinner al fresco when the sun is out. We provide a guide book which showcases all the local activities,sights and restaurants in the surrounding area.

We are Paul and Yvonne , we have lived in Murrisk 20 years after living and working abroad for many years , we have 3 daughters and love living in such a beautiful and vibrant place and hope you will enjoy the area as much as we do.

We are a 10 minute walk to Croagh Patrick. The village of Murrisk is situated on the shores of Clew Bay and the base of the mountain Croagh Patrick , thus the scenery all around is stunning whether it be be coastal vistas or mountain views , there is a well worn path to the top of the mountain and various marked walking trails around the village , or you could walk around the shoreline (tide permitting ) tide charts are in the apartment. Murrisk Pier is a 2 minute walk from the appartment. There is a Horse riding stables 5mins from the apartment which offers beach treks along clew bay shoreline. Cycle trail also connects to Westport and the various greenway routes which are all off road , There are 2 pubs within walking distance -The Tavern 7 mins - Campbells 14 mins , Both serve food of which the Tavern is award winning . We are approx 5 miles from Westport and 8 miles from Louisburgh. Distance to Airports timewise are as follows Knock (Ireland West) @ 50 minutes , Shannon @ 2hr 10 minutes , Dublin @ 3 hr 30 minutes.
