In recent years this building was the Old Parish Office which has been lovingly restored to a high standard . <br />The house itself still maintains its stone facade which dates back to the early 19 th century and many of the old walls can be seen from the balcony. It is minutes walk away from the Midleton Jameson Distillery , and an array of restaurants and public transport . The small beautiful fishing village of Ballycotton and a multitude of beaches are within a 15 minute drive .

In a bustling market town, with a weekly farmers market every Saturday, with an abundance of fine, fresh, local produce. An array of award winning restaurants nearby, Ballymaloe, Cush, etc. <br />Close to FOTA Cork Golf Club and Castlemartyr Golf Course and to numerous blue flag beaches.
