This is a Lovely large studio room in basement of hosts property with full privacy. It is not a separate building but the set up allows both guests and hosts to have their own privacy with no shared spaces. There is a living area and kitchenette. You may also use the garden. Private entrance with patio. Private bathroom with shower.. 2 minute walk to river Moy. More photos to follow soon.
Lovely village along the river Moy in ballina. 20 minute walk to town Center. Restaurants, pubs, coffee shop, hair and beauty salon within a 5 minute walk. 5 minute walk to Ice House hotel. Enniscrone beach 10 minute drive. Along the wild Atlantic way.
