Marvin, who also works with the Government of Meghalaya, is a friendly and approachable host. Though he juggles a busy schedule, he always finds time before or after work to welcome guests, share local insights, and ensure they have a memorable stay. Tracy dedicates her full time to managing the homestay. Her warm presence, attention to detail, and genuine care for each guest make Luxe Haven a comfortable and inviting place. She enjoys getting to know people from different walks of life and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone feels cared for. Together, Marvin and Tracy bring a personal touch to your stay — blending professionalism with heartfelt hospitality.
