A travel enthusiast and a local habitant, I like to host and interact people from all over the world. I strive to make the place as comfortable as possible for my guests. I am providing a suite room in my house as homestay for my guests. This is an independent apartment and not shared with us. The bathroom is private.

**PROPERTY** The property offers a suite room with an attached kitchen. One room (11 ft *11 ft )is for seating and the other is a bedroom (11 ft * 12 ft) with Double bed. Extra mattress can be provided in the seating room for the guests upon request. **KITCHEN** Kitchen is equipped with cooking gas, stove and necessary utensils for cooking and eating if the guest feels like cooking. If not you can request the care taker to cook for you on payment of Nominal charges. The kitchen has an intimate seating akin to the local tribal homes and its a different experience than the usual. **SEATING ROOM** In the seating/living room, A coffee table is provided for enjoying your tea/coffee by the window while admiring the nature's full bloom outside. **VIEWS** The window of the living room opens to a lush green forest and you can smell the pine right there in the room if you are not planning to go out. **DEDICATED WORKSPACE** A hi speed internet connection is available for remotely working with a desk and chair. **ROOM HEATING** In winter you can request the caretaker to provide you with the charcoal furnace to heat the room. Extra blankets and mattress are available upon request. **TOURIST ATTRACTIONS** A trek (2.5 km long, Moderate to steep) is available right next to the property which takes you to famous Shillong peak through the evergreen lush and thick forest. Famous tourist destinations like Police Bazar, Ward's lake are only 2 km and 2.5 km away. If you like exploring the local streets its worth a walk, while coming take a taxi from any of these places as the place is at a height compared to these tourist destinations. World's rainiest place Cherapunjee is only 35 km from here and Living roots bridge and Dawki River is only 70 km from here. (Taxis, Cheaper than others are available on paid basis.) **SAFETY & SECURITY** Exterior cameras are installed for the safety and security of the guests.

The stay includes two rooms which are equipped with a double bed and a single bed (Upon Request) and a kitchen with utensils and cooking gas. A dedicated workspace with Hi speed wi-fi is available for remote workers. The window opens to a lush green forest view. Famous tourist attractions like Police Bazar, Wards lake are only 2.5 km away and is worth a stroll through the local roads. Other famous tourist attractions like Cherapunjee (Sohra) is 40 km away.
