A brand new apartment building in the suburbs of Reykjavík capital region, next door to a beautiful lava outdoor area and a 18 hole golf course. The apartment is on the third floor, with a beautiful view into the breathtaking lava fields of the neighbourhood and from the balcony you can watch the bautiful midnight summer sunset on Faxaflói bay. Balcony, living room, facing south / west with sun from noon until into the night. The aparthement is 90 m2, has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a small laundry room. Living room and kitchen in one space. One queen size bed, one bed 120cm wide, a baby crib and possibilites of an extra matress and the living room sofa, can also be an option for kids / teenagers. Sleeps 5 comfortably, 4 easily. Placed in Gardabaer commuinity, 30 minutes drive from Keflavik International Airport and only 20 minutes drive to the center of Reykjavík

The apartment is situated in Gardabær, next door to the beautiful outdoor recreational are of Heiðmörk. A unique lava field with endless hiking routes and it´s varied lava formations totally overgrown by the very special green moss.
