Ocean-view Villa for Family of 5 (with dog) located at the edge of villa section of Kársnes peninsula in Reykjavík/Kópavogur, great views, short 10minute drive to downtown Reykjavík. We have accomodated 8 adults or 3-4 adults and 3-5 kids. Two of the kids rooms have special built top-beds with stairs and other fun stuff, there is a trampoline in the garden and if there is great weather there is a bouncy castle available for guests to setup in the garden. Please ask host for instructions on how to setup/stow-away properly before trying to use it. Bicycles can be available upon request, here are great biking paths along the coast-line and into nature reserve areas. Note, this property is partially undergoing renovations (exterior and basement/cellar), the top floors are fully renovated but the lower floors are not ready and as such not available to guests, all listed beds/rooms are in the upper two floors.

Kársnes is a peninsula in Reykvík/Kópavogur, closed off and calm environment, very little traffic. Note that, Kársnes is one of the areas in flight-path to the Reykjavík City airport, very limited air traffic but depending on wind-direction there could be the occasional small plane passing overhead or nearby.
