ZITRO APARTMENTS has a variety of properties in prime city locations, allowing guests to choose from chic flats in vibrant urban centres, quiet suburban residences or quaint rural accommodations. Each flat is tastefully furnished and designed to offer maximum comfort and convenience. The amount displayed by the portal includes the owner's rent and the fee for the ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be better detailed in the rental agreement and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at check-out. In conformità con la normativa italiana, siamo tenuti a registrare tutti gli ospiti (inclusi i minori) tramite check-in online con riconoscimento tramite foto dei documenti e selfie (sistema certificato). La procedura è semplice e richiede circa 10 minuti, una volta completata, riceverete automaticamente tutte le istruzioni necessarie per accedere in autonomia alla struttura. Qualora preferiate, è possibile effettuare al costo supplementare di 50 EUR un check-in in presenza tramite il nostro personale.
