I was born in La Spezia, I love this city and specially during summer I like to swim in Portovenere and Lerici. I spent all my summers in Portovenere, i know all the secrets of portovenere and palmaria island. I lived in Florence, Bologna and Roma where I did filmmaking courses, acting on theater and directing short films. I'm here also for giving you any tips of Cinque Terre: best restaurants, best sunset bar, best places to swim and to hike, wine tastings, water taxi and many more. Moreover, I know very well Portovenere and Lerici that is great and Palmaria island where also is so beautiful to go for a walk in a wild island.

Property info

Affittacamere del Prione is located in the center of La Spezia at number 152 of via del prione. The structure has its own entrance door. Built inside an ancient tower building, a typical Ligurian building much appreciated by tourists. Not by chance we left the old marble stairs, because they give the idea of ​​the history of the building. The structure consists of five rooms: three double rooms and two family rooms distributed on three floors unfortunately without elevator. Each room, furnished with parquet flooring and modern design furniture, has been organized trying to maximize space; in each there is a private bathroom and all are equipped with tea kettle, television, air conditioning, safe and free wi-fi. We are renovating all the structure with new rooms with modern design.

Neighborhood info

Our structure is perfectly located in the city center, in the pedestrian area where all our customers can find shops of any kind, bars and restaurants. The distances from the train station and the port are respectable 10 minutes and 5 minutes walking. On the weekend at night is there many people going around city center having a walk and some drinks, just 3 mins waking there are some bars that is the main spot in la spezia: DISTRO, LOGGIA, AND TREI CANTI, are always busy at Fridays and Saturdays. If you prefer a good glass of wine with some typical food in a chillout area I recommend ROSA BLU and ENOTECA ALICE For lunch and aperitivo CHINASKI For ice cream gelateria vernazza
