The “AL 13” Residence is located in a modern building within a private area in the heart of Stresa. It enjoys a central yet secluded position, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Completely renovated by the owners to modern standards, it offers guests comfort and functionality in a pleasant and welcoming environment. The property features six apartments, including studios and one-bedroom units, each about 40 square meters in size. They are furnished in a contemporary style, with wood-effect laminate flooring and new PVC window frames. The building entrance has five steps, and the apartments are accessible via stairs. Each unit has an independent entrance with an intercom system, air conditioning with heating and cooling, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, cookware, plates, glasses, and a kettle for coffee. A high chair is available upon request for families. All apartments are non-smoking and are ideal for both couples and families. In the shared basement area, guests can use an iron and a washing machine, while each apartment includes towels and a hairdryer. The residence also offers free private parking and a strategic location for visiting Stresa and Lake Maggiore. The apartment is managed on behalf of the owner by Lakeside srl Leisure & Business.
