The apartment has all the modern comforts but is immersed in a unique natural context. 180 degree sea view with natural dunes and vegetation facing the sea. It is immersed in the Eliopoli context where wind therapy is practiced, healing for body and soul! A unique point of view on the Tuscan coast truly privileged. Historic building, completely renovated!
We take care of this wonderful apartment because it represents a niche that allows us to admire the most beautiful sunsets immersed in nature but without giving up modern comforts. You can breathe the sea air at all times and you can hear the sound of the surf in the morning while we are still in bed. It is a jewel whose qualities we love to make known to everyone!
The apartment is located inside a mid-twentieth-century colony overlooking the sea. The neighborhood is particularly appreciated for its psychophysical health since wind therapy is always recommended and also exalted by the name "Eliopoli". Inserted in a naturalistic area where there are dunes facing the sea.
