My heart - your home with privat garden ! New, luxurious apartment in "Klimahaus Nature" (construction end autumn 2022) near the center of Bruneck with large quiet private garden and covered terrace with dining table and deck chairs. The modern apartment, furnished with pizzazz and style, welcomes you comfortably - through large sliding doors - flooded with sunlight and becomes your elegant place of rest and starting point for any adventure in the middle of the Dolomites and Alps. The living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a large French window to the patio and garden, welcomes you into an atmosphere of relaxation and well-being. The accommodation also has its own free garage parking and storage for bicycles or skis. The flat is located 500m from the historic centre of Bruneck, 50m from the train station "Bruneck Nord", from where you can reach the ski lifts of the Kronplatz ski area in 5 min. (Train every ½ hour). Right next door is a restaurant and spa with conventional prices just for you. A supermarket, bakery, laundry and beauty salon 20m away. Your perfect starting point for hikes, bike tours, sports and leisure in the middle of the Dolomites and Alps, in summer and winter!
