This modern holiday apartment, located in a well-kept residential complex, offers spacious rooms for the whole family and breathtaking lake views from every room. A welcoming balcony and a large terrace with direct access to the infinity pool, about 20 meters away, invite you to relax. The bedrooms and the guest room upstairs have access to the balcony with a beautiful lake view. The main bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm), the second bedroom offers 2 raised beds ideal for children or a single sofa bed. Air conditioning is available in the sleeping area and fast Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the apartment. On the ground floor, connected by a spiral staircase, you’ll find the spacious living and dining area with access to the terrace. Except for the underground parking, you can only park your car at the top of the main street Via Pulciano Gaino in the marked spaces. Please do not park directly in front of the residence near the mailboxes, as these are private reserved spots. If you drive down the ramp to the underground parking, keep left at the bottom and, after about 20 meters, go over the small bump (note: vehicles with a long wheelbase and/or lowered suspension may scrape; it’s recommended to drive over the bump at a sharp angle). Most standard cars and SUVs have no issues. After the pedestrian door on the right, the first garage door on the right is the apartment’s garage. The garage has the following dimensions: garage door clearance height 200 cm, width 230 cm, depth about 5 meters. The maneuvering space in front of the garage is limited.
