The apartment is located in a newly built house, classified as climate house A Nature, with garage and elevator. Very quiet and central location. Great emphasis was placed on optimal construction during construction work and on the use of natural materials in the furnishing. The apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail and is equipped with an integrated ventilation systems. Here you can enjoy a wide panoramic view over the village center of Castelrotto and the Sciliar as well as the comfort of a modern accommodation. The apartment has a modern bedroom with walnut furniture, a bright and spacious living room with sofa (also possible as a sofa bed) and tiled stove, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet and a new fully equipped kitchen with various electrical appliances. Satellite TV and internet connection WiFi are available. In addition, the apartment has a sunny terrace with a panoramic view to relax.
