THE AMOUNT VARIES DEPENDING ON THE SEASON and the regulations in force in the municipalities of Courmayeur and La Thuile. 🗓️ THE AMOUNT SHOWN at the time of booking corresponds to a LOW SEASON rate (May, June, October and November) of ONE EURO per person. The high season rate is TWO EUROS per person. 🔑 Check-in from 3:00 PM & Check-out by 11:00 AM. 🕓 Need to arrive earlier or leave later? Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance – the service is subject to availability (extra cost applies). 🛏️ Included Comforts: Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds. Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, dish soap, sponge, garbage bag. Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. ⚠️ For hygiene reasons, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee). Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged. ♻️ Waste sorting: please respect the recycling rules. 🚗 USEFUL INFORMATION ABOUT CAR ACCESS TO THE COURMAYEUR ZTL AREA Courmayeur has a limited traffic zone (ZTL) in the historic center, designed to preserve its alpine charm and maintain a peaceful atmosphere for pedestrians. If you’re arriving by car, don’t worry – access is very easy. You can park in one of the nearby car parks (public or paid) and comfortably reach the property on foot in just a few minutes. Many visitors enjoy this short walk, which passes through streets with beautiful views of the mountains and Courmayeur’s charming center 🏔️✨.
