The house is located in a complex of three buildings overlooking a lovely garden. The central building, where the apartment is located, houses seven units in a very quiet location. The hamlet is nestled in a flat area despite being on a slight hill. It is 1.5 km from the town center. Nearby there are several markets and other shops selling DIY supplies, toys, coffee pods, etc.
