Attic of new construction in completely renovate house. Lake view from the living room and bedroom, large skylights and stylish furniture give brightness and beauty. Direct connection from the spacious car garage to the apartment.
As Edgar Allan Poe suggests ‘travveling is like dreaming’. The difference is that not everyone, when they wake up remember something, while everyone keeps warm the memory of the destination from which come back... and I’m sure that will not be able to resist the pull of Lake Como with heavenly-like landescapes. The lake, just like a diamond, is forever. And for thousand years it has preserved the atmosphere, magic and melancholy that are so quintessentially part of its nature and that no other holiday will ever be able to give. It’s a little corner of paradise... I’m happy to advise you this destination. My family and I have renovated the granparents’ house ...putting it back to new and giving it life that will be enriched by you..from your travels...from your smiles...and from your presence...
Picturesque village where you can appreciate the quiet and the beauty of the lake...complete with all the comfort..shops and characteristic restaurante nearby...free beaches just 300 meters from the apartment. Located just 7 km from Bellagio to which is connected by bus service (the stop is under the house) . Nearby public transport service or private boat rental to discover the many attractions of the lake (Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo, Villa Balbianello in Lenno, Island Comacina, Villa Melzi in Bellagio, Varenna and all’ the lake centre....
