After a few years pause we decided to rent a few rooms in our house to guests from all over the world in order to give them the opportunity to visit our beautiful Dolomites and enjoy our area. We offer 2 types of accommodation: - The apartment MICHAEL has about 32 m2 and is located on the 1st floor. It consists of a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa (can be converted into a sofa bed for one person if required) and a toilet / bathroom with shower. - The double room MARIDL has about 23 m2 and is located on the ground floor. It consists of a large bedroom with two separate beds and a big bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub. If needed, we can add a folding bed to the room for a third person. All our rooms come with bed linen, a set of towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. We provide a water heater and cups in every room, but please note that only the apartment MICHAEL has a kitchen. Our house is situated in a residential area. We have a big garden which we like to share with our guests. Public transport and shops are easy to reach, approx. 3 minutes by foot. Of course, there is a free parking spot for our guest next to the house.
Our parents rented out apartments for quite a few years but then stopped as they needed the rooms for our growing family. Recently we have decided to follow in their footsteps. We love our area and are happy to give our guests the possibility to get to know the Dolomites - part of the UNESCO World Heritage We live in the same house and are therefore usually always available.
Villabassa - 1st Kneipp für mich® outdoor Spa adventure village in Italy! Villabassa (Niederdorf) offers a healthy climate that is particularly suited for a stay at a health resort. The high altitude spa village Villabassa has a long tradition: In the 19 Century many a famous person spent their summer holidays here. This tradition continues to date and the village is the first the first Kneipp für mich® outdoor Spa adventure village in Italy, with a large spa complex for the whole family. The railway station is close to the centre and offers ideal connections and relaxing, car-free holidays. Three Peaks Dolomites is best discovered actively, through hikes and cycle tours. In winter the Three Peaks Country delights you with its panoramic ski pistes in the heart of the Dolomites and 200 km of perfectly prepared linked cross country ski tracks with guaranteed snow. With the Gustav Mahler music weeks, the Alto Adige Festival, the Grand Hotel, the First World War open-air museum and many other museums the Three Peaks Dolomites offers plenty of culture.
