Our home is a bright apartment of 100 sq m, on the third floor, on the famous Lake Como, in a natural and green setting 5 minutes walk from Dongo beach. It has a beautiful terrace where you can eat while looking at the lake in front. There is a large garden with access only, where there is the very good and affectionate family dog named "Bell" We provide 5 non-professional bicycles for free (3 bikes for adults, 1 bike (4/7 years) 1 bike (8/12 years). Dongo is a town of historical interest on Lake Como where Mussolini was captured. Ideal for Mountain Bike-Ebike-trekking-walks by the lake and in the mountains-kyte surfing -wind surfing. Practical and cozy furnishings: spacious living room with TV (Netflix), spacious kitchen, exit to the balcony where it is possible to eat and rest with lake view. 3 bedrooms with 6 beds in total. Bathroom with large triangular bathtub and large shower cubicle. Free parking spaces 20 meters from the house. * The tourist tax will be collected upon arrival
