We are Ula and Katia; we started this work many years ago, each of us already has a structure in Naples, one with a score of 9.9 on booking (Il terrazzino di Montesanto) and the other 9.8 (Barbaja Suites), we decided to combine our experience and with our common manager Claudio to try to create something beautiful, new and comfortable for our guests. We will welcome you and take care of you and help you enjoy our beautiful city. We speak Italian, English, French, Spanish and Polish. We are waiting for you!

Our new guest house, less than 10 meters from the central part of via Toledo, has recently been taken over and modernized with the taste and class of the Neapolitan designer Katia Esposito who, with a mix of modern mixed with the classic of a historic apartment, has managed to create the perfect combination. We are on the third floor of a historic building with a lift. Here you will find 4 beautiful Suites with bathroom: -The first Suite is our splendid Eagle Painted which can accommodate up to 4 people, the feature of this room is the wonderful fresco of an eagle painted on the 5 meter high ceiling: it is composed of a double bed plus a comfortable sofa bed, bathroom and balcony. -Second Suite: Gray for 5: The largest room we have; consisting of a double bed, double sofa bed, single bed, bathroom and balcony. -Third Suite: Bordeux for 3: a lovely room decorated with great taste with a double bed plus a single bed and bathroom. -Fourth Suite: Avion for 2: The smallest and most private of our rooms with a double bed and bathroom. Guests of all our suites can use our shared kitchen.

We are located less than 10 meters from Via Toledo (formerly Via Roma, and which has now regained the ancient name given to it under the Spanish domination) is certainly one of the main arteries of the city: dating back to the first half of the 16th century, it bears the name of the viceroy who opened it to allow the development of the city; it winds between Piazza Plebiscito and Piazza Dante, and overlooks it imposing noble palaces, the Umberto I gallery, bars, street food, shops and important buildings of the so-called "city". Via Toledo is now almost entirely pedestrianized, which makes it an ideal place for walking and shopping, in peace and without smog, to admire the architecture of the splendid buildings and to taste the specialties of Neapolitan pastry. We are also a few meters from the Spanish districts where you can find trattorias and many small bars for afternoon and evening aperitifs at very affordable prices.
