Baita dal Vikingo is located in Sorico (1070 mt.), surrounded by stunning mountain landscapes featuring nature, forests and local life from the calm and peaceful neighboring town. Guests may find the reception at the ground floor, available 12h/day for check-in/out, together with the bar and the restaurant, which also has a chimney. The top floor offers 4 rooms, all equipped with private bathroom and autonomous heating. On the terrace, sauna and outdoor jacuzzi are also available, upon booking. Guests may also enjoy professional reviving massages. Ideal for couples, families and friends, sportsmen or whoever is seeking for relaxation in a calm environment. Our recommended must-try are the salami and cheese plates, "pizzoccheri", blueberries "tagliolini", "polenta taragna" with meat stew, handmade apple cake and, last but not least, blonde & red varieties of the "Baita"'s featured draft beer. The location is perfect for those who love nature and enjoy exploring it either on foot or on mountain bikes (guided options also available). And for those who don't refrain from high adrenaline and strong emotions, there's also the option to arrange paragliding and hang gliding activities, upon booking. One of the most recommended experiences is the "environmental trekking", that stimulates all the 5 senses to rediscover the strong binding we have with nature. Baita dal Vikingo is 9 km away from Lake Como and 20 km from Colico's train station. Thanks to its position on top of the mountain, our guests can be delighted by the beautiful landscapes of Lake Como and Alps.
