Lòbia is a typical mountain house located in the center of Barzio, just a few meters from the main square. The property consists of 3 apartments spread over 3 floors, all accessible via an external staircase. Guests can also enjoy a shared garden. All three apartments are fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and offer a warm mountain atmosphere. 🏠 Ground Floor Apartment – Ferro One-bedroom apartment consisting of a living area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. An extra folding bed is available, so the apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests. 🏠 First Floor Apartment – Pietra Composed of a living area, a bathroom, and one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. 🏠 Second Floor Apartment – Legno Set on two levels: on the second floor there is a bright living area with balcony, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads to a loft area with 2 single beds. An additional folding bed is available, so the apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Neighborhood info

Barzio is a small village located in the heart of Valsassina valley. This valley, hidden from Como lake by Grigna mountain, is famous for its cheese production and is full of local, high-quality restaurants and agritourism that maintain the traditional spirit of an Italian village in spite of its proximity to famous touristic areas and Milan. The area is full of hiking and climbing paths of various difficulties and from Barzio you can take a cable car to Piani di Bobbio, a large mountain area where you can ski in winter.
