This is a spacious, bright, modern apartment in the centre of Narni. Located on the top-floor of a Palazzo built on the ancient walls of the city, with stunning views of the Valley. The apartment is beautifully decorated, has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, two spacious bedrooms and bathroom with walk-in shower. Washing machine, dishwasher, flatscreen TV and fast wifi throughout. Convenient parking across the building. Secure parking can also be arranged.

The apartment is at walking distance to all Narni attractions, restaurants, Museums and shops. A delicious, traditional restaurant and pizzeria is located on the lower ground floor of the same building for an extremely convenient and excellent dining option during the stay. The Sporting Club "La Valletta" (swimming pool, tennis and padel courts, restaurant and bar) is also at walking distance (about 600m) along a pedestrian promenade. Public parking is available across the street with several options for free parking at short distance. A charging station for EV is located right across from the building. Secure in-door parking can also be arranged upon request.
