Spacious and bright apartment located in the city center in La Spezia with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, television with free satellite, wi-fi, air conditioning and heating. Also there is dishwasher and washing machine. The flat is at 4 floor and in the built there is elevator. Excellent position to arrive in 5 terre, Portovenere, Lerici and Tellaro. It is 10 minutes walk from the station and just 5 minutes from the ferry boat terminal. 100 meters from the bus stop. Nearby you will find bars, supermarkets, tobacconist, bakery, shops, restaurants and bars / pubs.
Hello my Name Is Giulia! I like sports and walks. I like the sea, both in winter and in summer. I have already had experience in the world of tourism and as a host. I really like this job, prepare the accommodation and welcome the guests. For this reason I decided to open my own vacation home. The holiday home is completely managed by me. I deal with the management of booking sites, house cleaning, linen washing and guest reception.
Near flat you will find the two main streets of the city, via prione and corso cavour, with many shops, bars, restaurants, pubs / clubs in the evening, bakeries, tobacconists, pharmacies, supermarkets, ATMs, post office, laundry, market place where you can buy vegetables, fruit and fresh fish. A 5 minutes walk to the seafront of La Spezia and the new Porto Mirabello, perfect for a quiet walk.
