The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.

The apartment consists of entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with comfortable double sofa bed, terrace overlooking the park and swimming pool and little terrace for breakfast facing to north, double bedroom, second bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower. The furniture is in a modern style, with light colors that go well with the blue inserts to recall the color of our lake. Blu al lago is equipped with WI-FI, A/C, TV, kitchen equipped with 4-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the equipment to prepare excellent local dishes. The apartment also has a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The terrace overlooking the pool is equipped with outdoor furniture and a table for lunches and dinners. The garage is private and close to the apartment. The finishes are designed to offer a sustainable holiday. Heating and cooling integrated by a modern air conditioning system, new generation fixtures and welcome kits with shampoo and shower gel selected from microplastic-free products. The coffee pods you will find available are also recyclable. Guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool, open from early June to late September. The pool is accessible from: Morning: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Afternoon/Evening: 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM Please note that pool rules must be followed, and wearing a swim cap is mandatory. Private parking is available in the garage located directly beneath the apartment. Although we are animal lovers, we have decided not to accept them in order to accommodate people with allergies of different kinds, including animal hair. Out of respect for non-smokers, smoking is also not allowed in the house. The apartment has not been prepared to ensure accessibility for the disabled.
