Property info

Small and lovely apartment with garden, on the ground floor of a villa surrounded by greenery. The villa stands on the slope of the mountain overlooking the lake. From the living area in fact you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore! The entrance is independent, and opens onto the living area with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchenette complete the property. The apartment is completely renovated and the furniture is totally new. For our guests there is a parking space and included in the price the use of wifi and air conditioning. From the garden of the Villa there is a walk that leads to the town center! A few minutes away is Stresa with its port from which boats depart for visits to the wonderful Borromean Islands of Lake Maggiore.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located on the slopes of the famous Motta Rossa, only 300 meters from the well-kept old town of the village characterized by a dense network of alleys with steps. In just 7 minutes walk you can visit the typical "Old Church". is strategically located just 7 km from the Borromean Gulf in Stresa, from where ferries depart for guided tours of the Borromean islands.
