The house is located in the Carugio of Fezzano, the historic center of the town, located in the Gulf of La Spezia in the municipality of Portovenere, a few steps from the house we find various commercial services, an efficient transport network that allows you to reach both by ferry and bus Portovenere as well as, always by ferry or boat, the island of Palmaria and the 5 Terre. In the village of Fezzano, going down the stairs of the carugio, there is a small beach close to bars and restaurants. Fezzano is located in a very convenient position both to reach Portovenere, La Spezia and its surroundings. Furthermore, for trekking lovers, following the carugio it is possible to reach the various paths that connect to the natural park of the 5 Terre and Portovenere. CITRA CODE: 011022-LT-0783

This charming and beautifully detailed house is located in the upper part of the historic village of Fezzano, offering a wonderful, elevated view. In true Ligurian fashion, the property is reached via the town's traditional stone staircases: a characteristic climb that requires a bit of exercise, but rewards you with a quiet, cozy atmosphere and fantastic scenery. Walking down the steps through the historic alleyways, you will reach the Fezzano promenade in just a few minutes, perfect for exploring local bars, restaurants, and essential services, or heading to the local beach ("Spiaggetta"). For outdoor enthusiasts, continuing up the steps leads you straight to the scenic hiking trails connecting Fezzano to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. Please note: Due to the traditional layout of the village and the numerous steps required to reach the property, it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or very heavy luggage.
