Cà dei Brenta is in the ancient village of San Fedele, 15 minutes from Lake Como and Lake Lugano. Built in 1700, this welcoming house is on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room with kitchen (Smart TV and Wi-Fi) and a private garden overlooking the historic courtyard. This location is ideal for mountain sports (nearest path 50m), cultural visits and simple rest. THE SPACE The house comfortably accommodates 4 people and is composed of a spacious living room with two arched windows overlooking the private garden, two three-seater sofas, Smart TV, dining table with 4 chairs and an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob and traditional oven), a bedroom with a double bed, two windows overlooking the garden and wardrobe, a second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and a French window leading to the garden, a bathroom with a vaulted stone ceiling, toilet, bidet, bathtub with shower head and washing machine . LOCATION The village is very quiet and center of the village is in 7 minutes by foot, where you will find typical shops, from bars to restaurants, from pastry shops to bakers, from the pharmacy, to the bank and the supermarket.
