NEW! AIR CONDITIONING AVAILABLE! Our apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator overlooking the wonderful marina in Riomaggiore. Please note that Riomaggiore (like all Cinque Terre) is characterized by very steep stairs and high steps, which often require a lot of effort for people visiting this area. Our advice is to travel light and take into account the effort of climbing those steps. You will, however, be rewarded by a spectacular view. It’s a two-storey flat: kitchen and living room with sofa bed are located on the upper floor, the bedroom with double bed and another sofa bed and bathroom are on the ground floor. WI-FI, fans, heating with thermostat, hair dryer, electric kettle, Italian coffee machine and an electric one are available in the premises. During your stay you will be provided with tea and good Italian coffee. Upon arrival you will be served a cold bottle of prosecco on the terrace. The apartment is perfect for couples or families of up to four people.

The apartment is located near the beach overlooking the marvelous marina in Riomaggiore: you will fall asleep listening to the crash of the waves against the shore. It is a few minute walk from the train station and the main street: from this flat it will be quite easy to visit Cinque Terre on foot, by train or by boat.
