Comfortable 75 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the mezzanine floor (5 steps to access it) of a period building within a characteristic Ligurian alleyway ("caruggio"). The property is located in Cadimare, a fishing village and part of the municipality of La Spezia, a few steps from the port and in a strategic position to reach the wonderful towns of Le Grazie and Portovenere. The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. *LONG STAY ALLOWED* The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed and TV; - KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchenware and dining table; - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, armchair and chest of drawers; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WIFI, air conditioning (splits in the living room and in the bedroom), independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, clothes hanger and hairdryer.

The property is located a few steps from the port, in an area with some bars and restaurants, and in a strategic position to reach the towns of Portovenere and Le Grazie (by car or public transport). La Spezia Central Station, a privileged starting point to reach the Cinque Terre, is only 7 km away (just over 20 minutes by bus).
