Detached stone house overlooking the sea. It is located in Schiara di Tramonti in absolute-breathtaking peace-10 minute walk and you reach the crystal clear sea below. The house is composed of ground floor: double bedroom with bathroom and shower. Upper floor: kitchen and open plan lounge with stone fireplace - double sofa bed and garden with unbeatable view.

To reach the house, from the exit of the motorway La Spezia you reach the village of Biassa which is about 10 minutes from the city, continuing to reach the Gym in the green, then downhill to the sea. The AV5T path connecting Portovenere to Riomaggiore is 30 minutes away. About the house; Starting point for visiting 5 Terre and Gulf of Poets. It is useful to know that you need to be self-guided, it is advisable to wear comfortable shoes and use backpacks to facilitate the path of the trail, however convenient, we do not recommend children. From free parking to the house, they are about 10 minutes. on foot. The local stone house, ideal for 4 people, is located in Schiara di Tramonti; Immersed in absolute peace with breathtaking views (only 10 minutes on foot and the crystal clear sea below). The house is composed of: Ground floor: double bedroom with bath-shower; Upper floor: open plan kitchen and living room with stone fireplace, double sofa bed, terrace overlooking the sea where you can relax-sunbathing and dining outdoors with an unmistakable view.
