Romantic little house with a small courtyard, located along the magnificent lakeside promenade of Cannero Riviera, partially in spring 2026 renovated. Situated in an excellent location, Casa Caprice is the ideal place to enjoy a pleasant holiday in close contact with the life of the romantic village of Cannero Riviera and its lakeside. The accommodation has undergone careful renovation, resulting in a completely new bathroom and kitchen. The spiral staircase leading to the upper floor has been widened to make access even more comfortable. Rooms: living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and courtyard on the ground floor; bedroom on the first floor. Sleeping arrangements: double bed and sofa bed for 2 people (children) in the bedroom. Special notes: - bed linen and towels are NOT provided; - the courtyard can be used to store sports equipment (bicycles and/or beach gear); - air condition.

Overlooking the renowned lakeside promenade of Cannero Riviera, Casa Caprice is just a few steps from restaurants, bars, a gelateria, shops, and the beach. Cannero Riviera lies on an alluvial plain below the main road leading to Switzerland. Various water sports can be enjoyed in the area, and there are good opportunities for excursions nearby.
