The apartment, very spacious and bright, is located in a quiet area, away from traffic but still close to the town centre and only 5 minutes from the historic Moto Guzzi factory and all the main services. Recently renovated, well furnished and equipped with free wifi internet and air conditioning in the room available to guests. Free parking for the exclusive use of guests right in front of the house(Please note that the parking space is made available to guests at no additional cost, but that we decline any responsibility for damages, as it is not a 'parking area'). Self check-in with secret code and safe 24 hours a day.
Always available by SMS or email to provide assistance to the guest.
In the central area, but quiet and away from traffic, the apartment is easily accessible both by car and on foot. Externally equipped with a double entrance, one convenient for those arriving by car, the other pedestrian, convenient to reach the town centre in a few minutes! Apartment equipped for a relaxing stay, very spacious and bright. Free parking for exclusive use right in front of the house. Just 5 minutes walk from the historic Moto Guzzi factory and all services. Just 5 minutes from the historic factory of the Moto Guzzi apartment consisting of 3 rooms plus services. Recently renovated Independent entrance, living room, Kitchenette, a double bedroom and a second smaller bedroom with French bed (160x190) bathroom for the exclusive use of the apartment. Fully furnished and equipped. The property is located in a quiet position, a few steps from the centre and comfortable with all services. The station can be reached on a short walk. Free private parking space. Small pets allowed.
