Apartment in a quiet and peaceful area close to the beautiful Palidoro countryside, 3km from the sea and 200 meters from the Torrimpietra train station which will allow you to reach Rome in a few minutes and without stress (train stops at San Pietro, Trastevere, Ostiense, Tuscolana, Termini railway stations) The apartment has an area of ​​90 square meters and is on 2 levels: first floor comprising large living room with comfortable porch, semi-habitable kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom with balcony. Second floor composed of a large bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi, walk-in closet. Equipped with every comfort (independent heating, newly installed air conditioners in every room, dishwasher, washing machine, parking space inside the private area) the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (1 queen bed, 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed).
The apartment is located in a private condominium protected by a bar with remote control in a very peaceful and quiet area, immersed in the countryside and close to a group of farmhouses from the early 1900s. The real estate unit is inside a small building of 2 floors. Access is via a flight of stairs protected by a shared door. Nearby we find the Torrimpietra-Palidoro railway station (150mt), 1 bar/cafeteria and a pharmacy (200mt), the local (Cotral) bus stop (200mt), a junior-high school (400mt), a small shopping center with supermarket/household goods/stationery/clothing/McDonalds as well as numerous other businesses and restaurants (1500m, Torrimpietra), the Bambino Gesù Pediatric Hospital (3km), the beautiful beaches of Passoscuro and Maccarese and the bathing establishments (3.5km)
