Casa Esemes is a beautiful, fully furnished apartment equipped with all the comforts and amenities needed for a pleasant holiday. The apartment comprises a living room with a sofa, dining table, and TV, a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, pots and pans, toaster, juicer, wine glasses, etc.), two bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe, and crib, and the other with a double bed and wardrobe. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, mosquito nets, and a window with a sea view. The living room leads to the balcony/terrace, a comfortable outdoor space furnished with a table and armchairs. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and washing machine. Amenities also include an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, free, unlimited Wi-Fi, fan, heating, mosquito nets on every window and private parking for guests (located within the condominium's private parking area).

The apartment is located in a condominium in a very quiet residential area of ​​Giarre, just minutes from major shopping facilities such as supermarkets and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is less than a 10-minute walk away. Access to the condominium is via an automatic gate. The apartment is on the first floor and can be accessed by both stairs and an elevator. The main places to visit are: Taormina (30 minutes by car), Catania (30 minutes by car), Catania Airport (35 minutes by car), Rifugio Sapienza for Etna excursions (45 minutes).
