Located in the heart of the historic center, Casa Olgaluna is a fully renovated apartment (90 sqm) on the sixth floor of a Liberty-style building overlooking the Gulf of La Spezia. The house, just a few meters from Via Chiodo and Piazza Verdi, is close to the Ferry Terminal, which easily connects La Spezia to Portovenere, Palmaria Island, and the Cinque Terre. Just a 15-minute walk from the central train station, the apartment is near the city's most famous cafes and restaurants for Ligurian cuisine. Please note that the apartment is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL) for those arriving by car. Please note that the apartment has no gas stove, but is equipped with a microwave, fridge, and electric kettle. To access the apartment, there is a small staircase, as documented in the photos.

Please note that the house is situated in a restricted traffic area (ZTL), and parking restrictions apply.
