Casa INES is a lovely, newly refurbished apartment with private garden, large fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, washing machine, dish washer, microwave), living room with double sofa-bed, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and accessible parking. It is the perfect accommodation for couples, families with children or people on business trips. The apartment is located in a strategic position for those who want to visit Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Palmaria Island and the surrounding areas of the Gulf of La Spezia. With a peaceful and roomy garden and a slightly off-centre position, the house is the perfect place to enjoy a no stress holiday. You can easily reach the centre and La Spezia Central Railway Station with a 15 minutes walk (5 bust stops / 5 minutes by car). On top of that, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and pizza places are just 500 meters away from the house. From La Spezia Central Railway Station you’ll be able to catch a train to Cinque Terre and Tuscany, or jump on a bus to Portovenere. Ideal for those travelling by car, motorbike or bicycle and easily accessible by public transportation.
