The house is located in the upper area of ​​Le Grazie locally called red houses, from which it is possible to admire the suggestive gulf of Le Grazie. The apartment is located on the top floor reachable from two entrances, one on the street and the second shorter one with only two flights of stairs in the street that leads up to Muzzerone, the mountain above the Grazie from where various paths also start to reach Portovenere or the 5 lands. Inside there are various decorations on the walls with rounded ceilings in the bedroom and living room, a peculiar feature for our areas. From the house it is possible to reach the Le Grazie seafront in about 5 minutes on foot and the town center in 10 minutes. To reach Portovenere you can do it by car in about 5 minutes or by bus whose stop is located a few meters from the house. Le Grazie is one of the villages in the Gulf of Poets, a town that extends from the mountain that is the Muzzerone, where there are climbing stations, up to the seafront which extends along almost the entire town, where it is possible to find beaches bars, restaurants and various services. In a few minutes by bus or boat it is possible to reach Portovenere and or La Palmaria, the island in front of Portovenere. From Portovenere it is also possible, again by boat, to reach the 5 Terre.
