Spacious sea-view apartment in peaceful Praiano, perfectly located between Positano and Amalfi. Restaurants, grocery shops and the bus stop are just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the Amalfi Coast without needing a car. The apartment offers generous indoor spaces and a long panoramic balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning and sunsets in the evening, away from the crowds but close to everything. The apartment Casa Mimì is a bright 100 sqm apartment located about 50 steps from the main road — considered easy access for the Amalfi Coast. It features: • large living room opening onto the balcony * two comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning * fully equipped kitchen with shaded patio * bathroom * panoramic sea-view balcony Perfect for couples and families looking for a relaxing stay. Location Quiet but central position in Praiano. Walking distances: • restaurants & bars – 2/3 min * grocery store – 3 min * bus stop (Positano, Amalfi, Ravello) – 2 min * Path of the Gods trail – nearby * Gavitella beach – about 15 min walk You can comfortably visit the entire coast by bus or boat. Parking & transport A car is not necessary thanks to the central location and nearby transport connections. Private parking can be arranged on request. Good to know We live nearby and assist guests with transfers, parking and daily itineraries to make the stay easy and stress-free.

Casa Mimì is on one of the walking paths that are part of the Art Itineraries, that form an extraordinary open-air museum. Climbing the stairs up you can easily reach the Convent of Santa Maria a Castro (at about half hour away) and from there venture on the Path of the God's, connecting Bomerano to Nocelle. To reach the rocky beach of La Gavitella it takes about 15 minutes (more than 400 steps) or a local bus ride to La Praia, at about 2 km away. We suggest not to have a car since both driving and parking can be bit challenging. From the main Amalfi Drive road to the entrance gate there are about 50 steps. We remain at disposal to arrange at best your arrival.
