Enjoy the comforts of this rare-find oceanfront villa situated directly on Fondachello Beach with the backdrop views of the beautiful Mount Etna. You will be comfortably positioned 1.2 miles from Marina di Cottone Beach, close to water sports facilities and a casino. A restaurant is next door, and the house has 24-hour front desk help, full-day security, on-site parking, an electric vehicle charging station, and free Wi-Fi. At the back of the house, close to the beach access, we have barbecue facilities on the terrace, where you can enjoy sea views while relaxing and enjoying a drink or food.The villa has three rooms. You enter through a private entrance where you can enjoy some Sicilian wine and fruit. Then, you enter a living room with a cable flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen, and one bathroom with a bidet and a shower. This vacation home is allergy-free and non-smoking. Close by, you can find continental, full English/Irish, or Italian breakfast options. There is also a coffee shop and a mini-market for your immediate needs. Basic fitness equipment is available in-house. For guests with children, the vacation home provides an indoor play area, outdoor play equipment, and a baby safety gate. Water skiing and cycling can be enjoyed nearby, or a water ski equipment rental service can be arranged on-site at the private beach area.
I decided to rent the property because they spoke to me very well of this site. Many have advised me that it is a safe and good site.Living in this area for me means a lot. I have an emotional memory. I'm too in love with this home. I want to share my joy with you.
