La casa rurale, costruita all’inizio del ‘900 e recentemente ristrutturata, è circondata da un giardino attrezzato, i cui alberi garantiscono la frescura. È composta da: - ampia camera con finestra panoramica sul mare, dotata di un letto matrimoniale e di due letti singoli, spostabili nel soggiorno; - ampio soggiorno con divano letto da una piazza e mezza; - cucina attrezzata; - bagno.
La casa indipendente è situata a poche centinaia di metri dal centro di Sant’Alfio. Il borgo, parte del Parco dell’Etna, famoso per il millenario Castagno dei Cento Cavalli, l’albero più antico e grande d’Europa, patrimonio dell’UNESCO, si trova in posizione ideale tra la montagna e il mare, comoda per raggiungere i principali siti d’interesse della Sicilia orientale, percorsi escursionistici e ciclistici e il Parco Avventura Etna. Nel borgo sono disponibili tutti i servizi, inclusa una colonnina per la ricarica di auto elettriche. Da giugno a settembre si tiene la rassegna gratuita “Estate Santalfiese”, con teatro, cinema all’aperto, mostre fotografiche, sfilate di moda ed eventi gastronomici.
