An independent house surrounded by greenery, ideal for those seeking peace, comfort, and nature. The property is spread over two levels and offers both indoor and outdoor spaces for a relaxing stay. At the entrance, a small area with a table and umbrella welcomes guests for breakfast outdoors or a moment of relaxation. The living area is a cozy open space equipped with a full kitchen, fireplace, bed/sofa, TV with Sky, and Wi-Fi connection. An internal wooden staircase connects the two floors, but access is also possible from outside via a few steps. On the lower floor, you'll find the bedroom, which includes a double bed and a single bed. A crib is also available upon request. In front of the room, a lovely private garden with sun loungers and a barbecue area makes every outdoor moment enjoyable. Parking is available just a few steps from the house. A simple yet well-kept environment, designed to make guests feel at home, immersed in nature.

Our house is just 12 km from La Spezia, in the heart of a strategic area for exploring the wonders of Liguria and nearby Tuscany. In less than an hour, you can reach art cities like Pisa (80 km) and Florence (150 km), as well as beautiful seaside destinations. On the eastern side of the Gulf of Poets, easily accessible, you’ll find Lerici, San Terenzo, Tellaro, and Fiascherino, with sandy beaches stretching through Marinella di Sarzana, Carrara, Forte dei Marmi, and Viareggio. To the west lies the stunning Portovenere, with its colorful houses and the church of San Pietro overlooking the sea — a truly unforgettable view. We’re also close to the Cinque Terre, which can be reached by train, by boat from La Spezia, or on foot via scenic trails just minutes by car from the house. For beach lovers, Bonassola offers charming pebble beaches, while Portofino — starting point of the famous “Passeggiata dei Baci” (Lovers’ Walk) — is another must-see destination. We’re always happy to recommend local restaurants and specialties: Recco-style focaccia, chickpea farinata, panigacci served with cured meats and cheeses, and of course “muscoli” (mussels), either stuffed or served with pasta.
